On Tuesday 6 May 2025, the Côte d’Ivoire Export Agency took part in the launch of the Marché Africain des Solutions Spatiales (MASS), a major event taking place at the Parc des Expositions in Abidjan.

Organised by the African Space Agency (AFSA) in partnership with OTIF Africa Space, the event was attended by high-level personalities including Mr Téné Birahima OUATTARA, Minister of State and Minister of Defence, Dr Souleymane DIARRASSOUBA, Minister of Trade and Industry, and Mr Amadou KONE, Minister of Transport.

The African Space Solutions Market aims to showcase space innovations tailored to the specific needs of the African continent, stimulate the creation of business opportunities and foster the emergence of talent in the space sector.

As part of its efforts to promote and support SMEs, the Côte d’Ivoire Export Agency has lent its support to VANCORT, a start-up specialising in the development of artificial intelligence solutions. This support took the form of the provision of a stand, enabling the company to present its services and raise its profile among a diverse audience, particularly internationally.
