From Tuesday 05 March to Friday 8 March 2024, a retreat was held at the Palm Club Hotel in Cocody for the Agence Côte d’Ivoire Export team, with technical support from the International Trade Centre (ITC). This retreat aimed to provide the agency with a methodology to facilitate the development of its Strategic Plan for the next five years (2024-2028). The retreat provided the Agence Côte d’Ivoire Export with the methods and tools it needs to develop its Strategic Plan with more calmly, so that it can carry out its missions effectively in an international environment that is considered to be complex and constantly changing. Given the importance of this activity, it was attended by the Director General, the directors of the various departments and heads of service, accompanied by ITC trainers Mr Imamo Ben Mohamed Imamo and Mr Djadjo Eric Johan. The Director General of Foreign Trade, Mr Kalilou SYLLA, also took part in the retreat, providing guidance and reaffirming his support for the Agency. The National Export Council, with a delegation led by Mr Serge BOMBO, Secretary General, did not remain on the sidelines. The purpose of their presence was also to affirm their support and to provide the Agency with all the documentation necessary for this process.
