T.A.I (African talent on the international scene)
The African talent on the international scene (T.A.I) scheme is an innovative support mechanism for international trade, youth employment and the regional development of companies in the West African Economic and Monetary Union (WAEMU).
Eligibility conditions for the T.A.I system:
- Be between 21 and 35 years old
- Be a national and resident of one of the 8 WAEMU countries
- Hold at least one diploma recognised by CAMES
- Be medically fit and enjoy all your civic rights
- Show initiative and be highly motivated

Allowances and other benefits
The status of volunteer means that young T.A.I.s receive a tax-free allowance for the duration of their assignment. The amount of this allowance depends on the host country. To this should be added the cost of the T.A.I.’s travel and social security cover
