Agence Côte d’Ivoire Export, represented by Dr. Jean Hugues AMICHIA, Monitoring and Evaluation Officer, took part in the ECOWAS agricultural trade workshop in Abuja, Nigeria, from March 24 to 27, 2025.

This workshop is part of efforts to strengthen the capacity of regional actors in trade data analysis and agri-food policy development.

Organized with the support of the ITC (International Trade Centre), the workshop aimed to optimize the use of agricultural trade analysis tools and identify the best strategies to maximize the export potential of countries in the region.

The workshop was attended by policymakers, experts from research institutions and trade professionals.

For the Côte d’Ivoire Export Agency, one of whose objectives is to develop intra-African trade, this workshop was an opportunity to take part in actions aimed at facilitating trade and contributing to more inclusive and competitive growth in the agri-food sector in West Africa.
