Agence Côte d’Ivoire Export, represented by its Director General, Dr Kaladji FADIGA, and the Vocational Training Development Fund (FDFP), represented by its Secretary General, Dr. Philippe N’DRI, signed a framework partnership agreement on Thursday, March 13, 2025, at the “Maison de la Formation” in Treichville.
The agreement aims to establish the terms and conditions of collaboration between the two entities for strengthening the capacities of Ivorian export companies in order to contribute to their development and increase their competitiveness internationally.
It provides for the implementation of capacity-building measures in various areas, such as sectoral and opportunity studies, the search for financing, and any other initiatives that could enable Ivorian companies to be equipped for export.
According to Dr. Phillipe N’DRI, the FDFP’s actions are aimed at improving the economic performance of companies, increasing the skill levels and qualifications of workers, thereby promoting the creation and development of economic activities and the development of human resources.
It should be noted that the FDFP is a structure for the design, organization, and management of skills development. It is responsible for contributing to the implementation of the national policy for the development of human resources in Côte d’Ivoire.
As an export promotion agency, Agence Côte d’Ivoire Export supports Ivorian companies throughout their export process by providing advice and assistance to enable them to improve their international performance.
For Dr. Kaladji FADIGA, Director General of the Côte d’Ivoire Export Agency, this agreement is an important step for Ivorian exporting companies,
which will now have access to a broader platform of training on export-related topics.
To ensure the implementation of this partnership, an action plan has been defined for the next three years.
