On Tuesday, April 22, 2025, the Côte d’Ivoire Export Agency took part in the opening ceremony of MIVA at the exhibition park, under the theme “Crafts, Women and Transformation.”

The opening ceremony was attended by the President of the Senate, Mayor of the municipality of Abobo, and patron of the ceremony, Ms. Kandia CAMARA, the Minister of Trade and Industry, Dr. Souleymane DIARRASSOUBA, the Minister of State, Minister of Agriculture, Rural Development and Food Production, Kobenan Kouassi ADJOUMANI, and the Director General for the Promotion of SMEs and Crafts, Dr. Yao Silvère KONAN, who is also the Commissioner General of MIVA 2025.

MIVA is part of a dynamic effort to promote local crafts and showcase products made in Côte d’Ivoire.

As an institution dedicated to promoting exports, our presence at MIVA through a dedicated space will offer artisans a forum for discussion on export opportunities, the support offered by the Agency, and the tools available to them to export their expertise.

Over the next five days, participants will have the opportunity to broaden their knowledge on key topics, take part in enriching activities, and discover the diversity and richness of Ivorian expertise.
