Exporting companies are trained in the use of the ECOWAS business networking platform. On Tuesday, November 18, 2025, the Agence Côte d’Ivoire Export, in partnership with GIZ through its GIZ-ZLECAf project, organized a training workshop in Abidjan on the use of the ECOWAS business matching platform for Ivorian exporting companies.
This digital platform, designed by the ECOWAS Commission as part of the West Africa Competitiveness Program (WACOMP), with the support of the International Trade Center (ITC), aims to facilitate trade within the ECOWAS region by providing a structured environment for companies to showcase their products and services, engage in partnerships, and develop business networks.
As the national focal point, the Côte d’Ivoire Export Agency is committed to promoting this regional platform by supporting Ivorian economic actors in its adoption and ensuring that this tool fully benefits Ivorian companies.
Through this initiative, the Agence Côte d’Ivoire Export reaffirms its ambition to support Ivorian companies in becoming more competitive in regional and international markets, while promoting their full integration into West African business networks.
